To show small businesses in Brighton and Hove how to use LinkedIn as a brand development tool.

I drew on my experience working for Microsoft, as a LinkedIn community manager and social media outreach specialist, to develop the presentation content.

This included:

  • content strategies
  • company profiles
  • how to participate in groups
  • how to participate in discussions
  • asking questions
  • creating and using different types of content.
